The industry that I work in is cutthroat. I am a news reporter. It’s time consuming… as in it needs to be your #1A priority, otherwise you’d be tossed to the side in a heartbeat. This is why the thought of having a baby had not crossed my mind for many years, and the truth is, I didn’t have time for “two babies”. I wanted to make sure I had fulfilled my career goals and that I felt ready for motherhood. Yes, very naive. …

In January it’s going to be 2 years since I got Airsculpt 🤯 and I cannot believe it’s been that long since I got the Airsculpt done.

I went to Elite Body Sculpture because I wasn’t happy with the back side of my torso, like bra bulge area, love handles, my lack of waist and I really wanted to do something about without having to go under.

Soooo how do I feel about the procedure after two years? I have to say that I do have a bit of mixed feelings about it.

Let me start with the pros.

Airsculpt at Elite Body Sculpture

I walked in with an idea of this whole Airsculpt or “the lunchtime lipo” as they call it and I was E.X.C.I.T.E.D. First, let me tell you a bit about my body. I’m not overweight but I’m not super skinny. I’m average but with a few fat pockets here and there that I swear are gorilla glued to my body. On its ninth annual conference, Hispanicize came to Los Angeles to celebrate Hispanics in the media and unite Latino personalities, newsmakers, journalists, marketers, content creators in the digital space for three days of discussion, mentoring and networking.

Hey you! Do you use Instagram story highlights? I know you do. If not… hello?! What are you waiting for?

I’m going to assume you all do. Wondering how to make them more recognizable to your followers? How to use them to better engage those followers and build your brand? Custom Instagram highlight covers are the answer!

But that brings up another big issue; how do you create a really good one -no a GREAT one- if you don’t have a lot of design experience and/or a ton of money to spend?

By default, if you make use of Instagram…

Do you make videos? Who doesn’t nowadays! But do you want to make better videos? Almost anyone can grab a camera and start shooting away, but if you want your videos to do something for you- gain you a social media following, make you some money, that kind of thing — you need to do a lot more than that.

The good news? You don’t have to be a Hollywood director, and you don’t need a room full of fancy equipment. You just need to know what you’re doing. …
